FULL BIOGRAPHY
Nate has spent more than a decade serving on campaigns and leading government relations work in foreign policy, international development, and human rights. Working with numerous stakeholders—from the U.S. State Department, Congress, nongovernmental organizations, and foreign governments—he has a proven track record of success in passing legislation, advancing priorities through the appropriations process, and elevating issues with the Executive Branch.
Nate has also served as a political consultant, working closely with political campaigns at the State and Federal level, non-profits, and corporations on a number of issues including economic and tax policy, immigration, and foreign policy.
Most recently, Nate led World Vision’s government relations team, focusing on advancing policy to protect the world’s most vulnerable children and families. Additionally, Nate also held leadership roles on multiple advocacy coalitions, including as Co-Chair of the Thrive Coalition, a group dedicated to global early childhood development.
Originally from Ohio, Nate is a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace University and the University of Akron. He now resides in Annapolis, Maryland with his wife Kristin, daughter Claire and dog Senna.
